- Connect to your Preferred Systems Internet Account.
- Start up your Fetch application.
- Go to the File Menu and get "New Connection..."
- You should see the window below. Fill in the window as follows:
- Host:
"presys.com"
- User ID:
your user ID (mine is "buzzb")
- Password:
your password (I won't tell you mine)
- Directory:
"public_html"
- Click on "OK"
- You should see something like the following: (SMUGURLs.. should NOT be
showing yours will be a blank window.) 
- Go to the Remote Menu and get "Set Upload Permissions..." as shown below:

- You should see the following window, and you should configure it as shown:

- Go to the Directories Menu, and select "Create New Directory..."

- You should see the following window. Enter the words shown "public_html"as shown:

- Go to the following window again. This time you should see the "public_html" as shown.
- Double click on the "public_html" shown. An empty window will open. Now click on the "Put File..." and navigate to the web page you wish to upload.
When you have highlighted the file you wish to upload, click on "Open" and the file will upload to the "public_html" folder you just created.
- You now start up your Telnet application.
- Telnet to "presys.com"
- At the prompts, enter your logon and password.
- At the "$" prompt, enter "publish"
- Press the "Enter" key and you may quit Telnet.
- To see your page, start up Netscape (or another web browser).
- Navigate to: "http://presys.com/~(your logon)"
- Click on the file and look it over.
- That should do it.
